Terms & Conditions
01. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Users of the CoachUP IAS Platform, including educators who are also contributors of User Content on the CoachUP IAS Platform. The CoachUP IAS Platform includes all aspects of the Website and Apps which includes but is not limited to products, software and service offered via the CoachUP IAS Platform.
Subject to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and all other rules and policies made available or published elsewhere, CoachUP IAS hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to use the CoachUP IAS Platform in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree and acknowledge that CoachUP IAS shall have the right at any time to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the CoachUP IAS Platform, including, but not limited to, the User Content, hours of availability and equipment needed for access or use. Further, CoachUP IAS may discontinue disseminating any portion of information or category of information, may change or eliminate any transmission method, and may change transmission speeds or other signal characteristics. CoachUP IAS reserves the right to refuse access to the CoachUP IAS Platform, terminate Accounts, remove or edit contents without any notice to You.
The timings of the batch and name of faculties as mentioned in website/advertisements are tentative and may be changed under the condition of requirements for smooth functioning of classes so as to complete the syllabus on time. The institute reserves the right to change, replace or make any addition of any new faculty member during the course of the academic session if felt necessary.
2. Content Access
You agree not to distribute in any medium any part of the CoachUP IAS Platform or the content without CoachUP IAS’s prior written authorization (by authorized person only).
You agree not to alter or modify any part of the CoachUP IAS Platform.
You agree not to access content of any other User through any technology or means other than the video playback pages of the CoachUP IAS Platform itself.
You agree not to use the CoachUP IAS Platform for any of the following commercial uses unless you obtain CoachUP IAS’s prior written approval (by authorized person only):
- The sale of access to the CoachUP IAS Platform.
- The sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions placed on or within the CoachUP IAS Platform or content; or the sale of advertising, sponsorships, or promotions on any page or website that provides similar CoachUP IAS Platform as that of CoachUP IAS.
4. Resistration
Before proceeding to Online Registration, candidates must ensure:
That they have scanned images of their photograph, Photo ID Proof, and signature in .jpg/.tiff format. Each scanned image should not exceed 100 KB in size (for photograph: 140 pixels height × 110 pixels width; for signature: 110 pixels height × 140 pixels width). Uploaded photograph and signature must be clear and proper.
The candidate should scan his/her signature, which has been put on white paper using a Black or Blue ink pen.
Candidates using MS Windows/MS Office can obtain photographs and signatures in .jpg format by using MS Paint or MS Office Picture Manager. Scanned images (at 200 dpi) can be resized and saved using standard image editing options available in most photo editors.
Mode of Payment: Payment can only be made through various online modes.
5. Confidentiality
CoachUP IAS may use Personal Information without reference to any specific persona or identity for research, statistical analysis, and business intelligence purposes.
All CoachUP IAS employees and data processors who have access to and are associated with the processing of sensitive personal data or information are obliged to respect the confidentiality of every User’s sensitive personal data and information.
CoachUP IAS has the right to use your data (including results, testimonials, interviews, etc.) for promotional purposes.
